This activity was based on the theme "scale & context".It was very helpful to make us understand how the scale of an object/design can totally change it's context.
INTRODUCTION
We saw a presentation to understand how the scale can change the context of the object/design, we were shown a normal traffic cone which was designed as a street bench and earrings and a comb which was designed as a cycle stand.
WARM-UP ACTIVITY
We were divided into groups and i was teamed up with Kriti,Khushi,Adrisha and Harshita.
The stationery item assigned to us was a paper cutter. We were given 20 minutes for this activity and we had to draw a paper cutter from different angles.
Here is what i did:-

We also discussed some characteristics of a cutter:
1.Sharp
2.Lustrous
3.Heavy
4.Durable
5.Material:
-Plastic
-Steel
6.Good grip
MAIN ACTIVITY In the main activity we were supposed to scale up the given object and give it a new meaning by changing the context of the object .My teachers and teammates helped me choose the best two ideas from the ones i thought about on the basis of how practical and useful they are and came up with my two final ideas that were:
1.Hanging lights
2.Gym equipment(pilate)

Achievements
All of the team members could communicate well together and had a great communication and could express our ideas with each other.
Struggle
I personally faced time management problems,i completed all my work almost at the last two minutes as i was a little slow with my drawings.
Learning mantra
1.Good communication is very important
2.Choose your ideas wisely, which you are actually able to express.
THANK YOU,HAVE A GREAT DAY!
